Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints/enquiries
• Handle customer relations with RAs and residents groups
• Assist in managing events and other community related activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Sociology, Mass Communications, Marketing or Property Management
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Preferably with Customer Service/Customer Relations experience in the Property / Real Estate / Banking / Tele-communication industry
• Possess communications & PR experience
• Good written and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work under pressure
