Responsibilities:

• Assist Consultant in site management, work coordination and inspection to ensure smooth implementation of project within specific time frame, budget and quality
• Ensure works are constructed in compliance to the specification as specified in the contract and drawings
• Coordinate M & E works with architectural, C & S and infrastructural works

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar capacity
• Possess experience in high rise office/service apartment/hotel building is highly preferred
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, MS Project & AUTOcad
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
