• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Agricultural Engineering
• Have a 1st / 2nd Grade Steam Engineers’ Certificate of Competency
• Minimum 3 years experience in palm oil mill

The training will cover the following important aspects:-

1. Best Mill Practices (oil palm)
2. Performance Management
   Conduct by In-House experienced Trainer/Coach
   Mode of training will be based action / interactive learning
3. Basic In-House course
4. Career Development Coaching
