• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 10 years experience in plantation management

Upon selection, candidates will undergo a Two-Year-Comprehensive on the job training in their respective positions.

The training will cover the following important aspects:-

1. Best Estate Practices (oil palm)
2. Performance Management
   Conduct by In-House experienced Trainer/Coach
   Mode of training will be based action / interactive learning
3. Basic In-House course
4. Career Development Coaching
