We are inviting dynamic, committed and result-oriented professional to join us for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical defects
• To ensure generators are being checked and monitored regularly
• To modify electrical wiring system as and when required
• To ensure all installation and maintenance are safe and legal
• To use Chargeman certificate for the building registration with Suruhanjaya Tenaga
• Handle customers' complaints & administrative functions

Requirements:

• Possess any AO to A4 Chargeman Certificate
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the maintenance of high-rise commercial and residential buildings
• Experience in the maintenance of preventive and calibration of all M&E equipment and maintenance of the building structure
• Good knowledge and network with TNB, Bomba and JBA
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to work on shifts/weekends/public holidays
• Possess own transport
