Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement & maintain security policies and procedures to meet required codes & regulations
• Oversee security guards and contracted guard for all security matters
• Undertake ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in security services or handling building security and safety
• Ex-army personnel or ex-police force is preferred
• Sound security and safety knowledge
• Possess high integrity with good leadership skills and able to lead a team of security personnel
• Highly motivated, physically fit and committed
• Willing to work long hours, night shifts/weekends/public holidays
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate
