Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pre and post contract management
• Prepare pre-tender estimation, i.e. preparation of BQ & tender and design evaluations for building/infrastructure works
• Conduct tender interviews/clarifications and preparation of letter of awards
• Site valuation for progress claims and verifications of VOs (if necessary)
• Preparation of FINAL accounts
• Ensure compliance with the ISO 9001 procedures

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building Economics or Construction Management
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in contract management, preferably with property developers, contractors or professional firms
• Good communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to uphold confidentiality
