Responsibilities:

• The successful candidates are expected to implement, coordinate and oversee a portfolio of township or landed housing developments. He is to ensure the construction work adhere to Company’s Quality Management System and Project Quality Plan (PQP).

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, Building Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of working experience at site in handling significant project portfolios
• Experience in high-end residential projects will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of planning and implementation of infrastructures and building works are essential
• Able to liaise efficiently and effectively with consultants, local authorities and government agencies
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
